15/06/11I was diving in Komodo in June, and it was spotless: bright sun every single day, no rain at all, and excellent visibility in the water. The reefs are simply magnificent, and the life (both wide angle and macro) is absolutely superb.
With an added attraction: the Komodo dragon, a unique - and very dangerous - 3 meter long lizard that kills deer and buffalo - and sometimes human too - with its poisonous saliva. The dragons are the largest lizards in the world, and are endemic to Komodo Island and two others (Rinca and Flores).
And the sunsets are out of this world.
I want to go again!!!
